If you have received your package, you have 14 days to change your mind. The package can be returned within this period, provided the packaging is unopened. For hygiene reasons, the product must absolutely not be removed from the packaging. The product should be checked visually. The return costs are for the buyer.

In case of complaints or damage to the product, you should always contact info@lashdollsnl.nl or via Instagram DM at @lashdollsnl_ in advance. Due to damage to the product through your own actions or use of the product, the handling of the return will be refused.

With each return is the return form i have ngevuld too, will be refused treatment for the return. This can be a printed version, or a digitally completed form that is sent to info@lashdollsnl.nl in advance. Always make sure that your e-mail address and account number are clearly stated. Also make sure that if you want to exchange your product, it is clearly stated which new product it is.
